Mini Family Reunion

I have not written in a couple days, because Nate had Sunday and Monday off. Usually my blog time is after I get Reese bathed and fed and to bed. However when Nathan has off I try to spend that time with him since his hours are so wierd. Anyways, at work on Saturday, Nathan's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cousins happened to be staying at Lost Pines. Mimi and Leah told them where to find him and they definitely did! :) The invited us back out for dinner and lots of enjoyable visiting on Sunday. Reese got to meet her 5th COUSINS! It is not very often that that happens and it was a very great time! It was my first time meeting them all. They were so sweet and so much fun to sit and talk with. None of us wanted to leave, but it was passed Reese's bed time so after spending the whole evening out there we headed back home around 930 or 10. Everyone is from Houston, so we have to be sure to stay in touch and make an effort to see them when we make trips down there to visit. Nathan had not seen any of them in quite a LONG time, but he said he really enjoyed it and that "it was very nice seeing them again. They are so nice."

Outside the resort. It was so cool...I wish Reese would have been a little bigger. They had a big projector outside with a Disney movie playing in a big lawn for the kids. They were serving popcorn and doing s'mores. It was awesome! When she gets bigger we are going to definitely have to come stay. There is a water park, lazy river, everything! It is a little kids paradise!
