Today Uncle Mark and Aunt Deann stopped by for a visit to see Reese. Mark had not seen her since the hospital the night of the day she was born and Deann finally got to see her for the first time. Unfortunately Nathan was at work so he was not here to visit, but Reese and I definitely enjoyed the company. We sat and chatted for a couple hours and then they headed out to see Chris and some other family friends in Ganado, TX. They were just rounding up a week long road trip up to Colorado and New Mexico and back down to Texas. They also brought us some more diapers, wipes, and books! yay! We can never get enough of those. Just when I think we are about to have to go out and buy some God blesses us with some more :) It was so nice to see them.

After they left Reese told Nana and Papa about their visit and then started crying to tell me..."Hello it is 8 o'clock, bath time mom!"

ReplyDeleteGREAT uncle Mark and I had a super-fun time playing with you and Jack. You are so lucky to have a great Mommy and Daddy and a wonderful apartment to live in! We both talked about how pretty your smile is and what a sweet baby you are! We are looking forward to staying with you in a couple of weeks. We will bring more books to read to you! (I won't let Great Uncle Mark read to you about lamb chops, bacon or hamburger meat when I tell you about the farm animals.) Love, D'Ann
