Life in the Country

Over the past couple of weeks we have had to travel back and forth to Bremond on the weekends for wedding stuff. To measure out the reception place, talk to the rehearsal dinner chef, meet with our pastor for pre-marital classes, etc. In between all this it is nice to get away from the hussle and bussle of the big city and relax. Poor Jack gets neglected at our place when we are so busy. We take him for longer walk here and there, but he has so much energy, that those couple walks do not get it all out. When we come to Nana and Papa's he, Daisy, and Dutchess run down to, what used to be the pond (the drought has almost dried it up), and play and run and run some more. Jack was down for two days after this because he was so worn out and his hip was hurting him. We all just stood on the side watching, and jumping back and forth when Daisy or Dutchess would about wipe us out from running so close.

Hi, baby girl!

Cooling off in the nice clean water :)

Having a grand ol' doggone time ha ha

The must've done this for at least an hour. I had to grab Dutchess and bring her back to the house. She just cant handle the heat for very long because she is so dang big!

Me, just trying out my photography on an old little tack house by the pond.

And after a long day of church, wedding stuff, and playing outside Reese took a nap with her Uncle Ryan. :)
